Dosage and duration of treatment.
The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. Each dose should be taken with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
The cream (a small amount) should be applied twice a day to the breast area. After applying the cream, massage it in circular motions starting from the base of the breasts towards the shoulders. The cream is easily absorbed, not greasy and not sticky, it is intended for external use only.

After applying the cream, the breasts are sensitive to the touch and swollen, as during menstruation. Is this a normal reaction?
I don’t have such feelings, but my breasts have become more symmetrical and I like them much more.
The effect is quite short-lived, but I still think it’s worth a try. The shape of the breasts improves for as long as you use the product, and then there is a slight regression. This was in my case. However, in my sister’s case, the breasts returned to the state before using the cream. It probably depends on the individual predispositions of the body or hormones.
