- Horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense). Due to the high content of minerals, it perfectly nourishes the skin, hair and nails. I have been using Derminax for over half a year. The effect is that almomst all of the pimples have completely disappeared. Most of the pimples healed without leaving any trace, and only in few places there are faint scars. I am most glad that new pimples have stopped appearing completely. I think that a maximum of a few more months and the skin will be completely clean.
My skin looks a bit better. The pimples stopped hurting and the inflammation calmed down a bit. There is no other progress so far, but it looks like the skin cleansing process has only just begun.
For me, Derminax acted very quickly on those pimples, where the inflammation was strongly developed – very red and with purulent discharge. Here the situation calmed down after a few weeks and only a few traces remained. New blackheads still appear from time to time, but so far there are no new purulent inflammation.

My acne has responded very well as well and is now literally disappearing . Only the scars from the biggest pimples remained, especially on the shoulders and neck. There will be more difficult with this scars I suppose. I am using snail mucus ointment to give my skin even more regenerating stimulation.
The smaller pimples heal quickly and the larger ones also look much better. My only concern is that blackheads appear on my skin all the time, and I cannot deal with.

Don’t worry, the scars will fade over time. You can use snail slime ointment. It helped me a lot in removing the scar after a minor surgery. Fortunately, I’ve never had acne, but I think acne scars should react just as well.
