I really don’t know. I think I have slightly less symptoms of grass pollen allergy. But it could be a coincidence, because I’ve only been using supplementation for two weeks. Anyway, I hardly ever sneeze when I’m outside and my nose doesn’t clog at all. It’s probably too great to be true.
