Dosage and duration of treatment.
The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules, preferably half an hour before the last evening meal. Each dose should be taken with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

I have much more energy and I can sleep well now. It is certain. I think it’s easier for me to rest, but in a stressful situation I still get nervous, as always.
Hi Bay! What about you when you’re driving a car? Do you feel increased drowsiness and apathy? Is it safe for sure? I’m a bit worried because I travel many kilometers by car every day.I am not sure if I can use this product.
It doesn’t work fast on me when I’m in a bad state. I must admit, however, that from the perspective of three months since I’ve been using supplementation, I can see that I approach life more rationally and deal better with difficult situations that used to annoy me or leaded to depression.
My sleep quality has improved, which was previously a big problem. I don’t see any other positives, but I can definitely say that I sleep properly 👍
I am writing my conclusions after two weeks of supplementation. I have concerns about whether I can continue using this product because I feel very sluggish and sleepy almost all the time. I don’t like this reaction. If this continues for week or two, I will probably stop taking the capsules.
